Mission is a control plane for AI agents that perform administrative and operational work across a business's connected apps, including email, spreadsheets, CRMs, and similar systems. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect directly from visitors, customers, prospective customers, and authorized users, as well as information we process on behalf of customers when they use Mission.

If you are using Mission through an organization, that organization is typically the controller of customer data processed through the service, and Mission Control, Inc. acts as a processor or service provider for that data.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as names, business contact details, billing details, login identifiers, and user roles.
• Usage and telemetry information, such as log data, feature usage, browser and device details, IP address, approximate location, and service performance diagnostics.
• Content and data customers submit to Mission or authorize Mission to process on their behalf, including workflows, prompts, messages, files, records, spreadsheets, CRM objects, and operational data.
• Information made available through third-party integrations that a customer chooses to connect, including services such as Microsoft/Outlook, Airtable, and similar platforms.
• Communications and support information, including correspondence with us, feedback, and support requests sent to support@onmission.ai.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Mission.
• Authenticate users, administer accounts, and manage service access.
• Run customer-requested workflows and enable Mission agents to perform tasks across connected systems.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot incidents, prevent abuse, and protect the security of the service.
• Communicate about updates, support matters, administrative notices, and service-related announcements.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and acceptable use requirements.

Mission connects to third-party applications at the direction of our customers. When a customer authorizes an integration, Mission may access, receive, store, transform, and transmit data from that third party solely to provide the requested functionality.

We may also engage trusted service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, operate, monitor, support, and secure the service. These providers process data under contractual obligations designed to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers, contractors, and sub-processors that support our business operations and service delivery.
• With third-party services and integrations at a customer's direction or where necessary to complete a workflow initiated by the customer.
• With affiliates or successors as part of a financing, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or investigate fraud or misuse.
• With consent or at the direction of the individual or customer organization controlling the data.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for managing access permissions within their organizations.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may retain logs, backups, and records for legitimate business purposes and legal compliance, subject to appropriate safeguards and retention controls.

Depending on your location and relationship to Mission, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

If Mission processes your information on behalf of a customer organization, we may direct your request to that organization. You may also opt out of non-essential communications by following the instructions in those messages or contacting us at support@onmission.ai.

Mission may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. If information is transferred across borders, we will take steps designed to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection under applicable law.

Mission is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Mission after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
