By accessing or using Mission, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms incorporated by reference. If you are using Mission on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Mission is a control plane for AI agents that perform administrative and operational work across a business's connected applications, including email, spreadsheets, CRMs, and related systems. Mission may include workflow automation, integrations, monitoring, operational tooling, and support services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Mission. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that account access is limited to authorized users.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your accounts, whether by your employees, contractors, or other authorized users.

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

• Use Mission in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third party rights.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, harmful content, or fraudulent instructions.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of Mission except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.
• Use Mission to send spam, engage in unlawful surveillance, or process data without appropriate rights, notices, or consents.

Mission interoperates with third-party services that customers choose to connect. Your use of those services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third party.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permissions, licenses, consents, and accounts needed for Mission to access or act on information from those third-party services on your behalf.

As between the parties, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your data, content, records, files, prompts, and other materials submitted to Mission or made available through your use of the service.

You grant Mission Control, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, copy, transmit, display, modify, and otherwise process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, support, and improve Mission and to fulfill our obligations under these Terms.

Mission, including its software, interfaces, workflows, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by Mission Control, Inc. and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

You agree to pay all fees and charges for Mission as agreed in your applicable order, subscription, or other commercial agreement with Mission Control, Inc. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments associated with your purchase or use of Mission, excluding taxes based on our net income.

Mission is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Control, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Control, Inc. and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to Mission or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Mission Control, Inc. arising out of or relating to Mission or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to Mission for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mission Control, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of Mission, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You may stop using Mission at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Mission if you violate these Terms, if your use presents a security or legal risk, if required by law, or if fees remain unpaid, subject to any applicable cure periods in your commercial agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use Mission will cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to Mission will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that any legal action will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the effective date reflected on this page. Your continued use of Mission after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
