From here to the plan
Five steps. You decide at the last one.
We go through the workflow you want mapped and agree on what the plan has to answer. Nothing is committed on the call and there is no charge for it.
If the Strategy Process is not the right next step for your situation, we say so on the call and tell you what we would do instead. If it is, you get the workflow in scope and the questions the plan will answer, in writing.
Flat, paid before work begins, nonrefundable. That is the entire commercial arrangement — nothing hourly, nothing added at the end.
Access and interviews first, then the tracing and the design work. The demand on you is a handful of focused sessions plus access to the people who actually do the work — it is built for operators who cannot stop running the business for two weeks.
We go through the deliverable together and answer the only question that matters: what would you do first. Build it with us, build it yourself, or build nothing — the plan is yours to keep either way. The full $2,000 is credited toward your first related Mission implementation.
Before the call
Bring three things.
None of it needs to be written up. We work from how people describe their week — you do not need clean data or documentation, and nobody who books this has it.
One workflow, trigger to done
The path through your business that costs you the most — inquiry to invoice, intake to scheduled, order to shipped. One, not a list. We would rather trace a single path all the way through than survey five.
Who touches it and what it crosses
The roles along that path and the systems it moves through, by name. The handoffs and the places the same information gets typed twice are usually where the constraint is sitting.
What fixing it would let you do
More jobs a week without another hire, a person off a task, an owner out of the exception path. The plan is sequenced against what you want out of it, so this is the input that shapes everything downstream.
